Shipping & Delivery
Delivery costs £70. Next day delivery is available on orders over £600, most other orders take around a week.
Most of the items we sell are large and are sent on a van, with a two man lifting team.
Privacy & Security
We use your contact details to fulfill your order, our website is https and maintained to be secure.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties
Returns & Replacements
We abide by UK law and standard retail customers have 14 days to return your item(s) for a full refund including all delivery costs. Special order items are excluded from this. Please report any damages as soon as they are found & within 24hrs at the latest. Just send us an email, we'll respond within 1 day. if you don't hear from us you can write in or phone if you wish.
All items must be returned in the original packaging.
We do not offer a collection service for returns, however we will refund reasonable delivery costs IF your item is accepted for a refund.
To check on what refund amount we will repay please get in touch as this varies dependant on product.
We quality check all returns for false claims and may refuse an item if we think the claim is not genuine.
We have a returns page on the website which you will need to fill in.
Simply add to basket and checkout. We'll be in touch with delivery dates as soon as possible. Please note that all customer orders are classified as offers, and your order is not complete until we formally accept it, the taking of payment is not acceptance of your order. We need to to check stock status and the suitability of some delivery addresses prior to acceptance. We will email you with a 'preparation date' and on 00:00 of said date we will enter into a sales contract with you. You have 7 days to cancel from that date if you wish. If we choose not to accept your order, then a full and prompt refund will be issued, if any money has been exchanged.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment by bank transfer & and occasionally by PayPal. Our bank details will be sent in a separate email if you choose the bank transfer option.
Viewing Orders
You can log into your account at anytime to see the progress of your order.
Updating Account Information
To amend you account information, simply log in to your account and update. Please also email if you have an order awaiting delivery as it may still go to your old address if you don't.
